Looked there about 4 years ago - can only tell you why we decided against it- low efficiency, and area even more local than Aberdeen where we used to live, so not much choice shopping wise. Just a really odd location...

Lived here for 5 years. The facilities are good for a small apartment block, swimming pool, garden, small gym with shower, reading room. The apartments on the upper floors generally have good views. Wah Fu has a great wet market it's very close to Baguio/Chi Fu/ Aberdeen for Parkn'shops etc. Easy access by public transport to all areas of HK and Kowloon. PT is very good value for your money. Mix of expats and locals who live here.
