2 BR affordable and convenient to SIS

Hi All

We are moving into HK and our son will be studying in Singapore International School (SIS) which cost an arm and leg.

So as for rental, we have a tight budget about 13K per month. Where would be a good area to rent that is not too old and convenient for school buses to SIS. Anyone can share and help advise please?

i would definitely advise that south horizons would be your best bet. it is really close to sis and the flats range from 2-3 bedrooms, $8700-$13000, respectively depending on the flat itself. the estate is within 15 years old so not too bad.
