Thinking of moving to those areas, would appreciate any comment rgdg public transport, supermarket or anything that might be nice to know.

Scenic Villa...it's a little community. Have mini buses that run through there to Central and more alive with activity and a walk to Cyberport.
Bisney Crest is in a little neighborhood. There is not public transportation that goes down the little street.
Everyone I know loves Scenic Villa.. The flats in Scenic Villa are laid out better.
