Can I get a mortage of 90% ?

I am thinking to invest in hong kong and buy a flat 2-3million. I am living abroad (hong kong permanet resident), can I get a mortage of 90% ?

Try Bank of China, very easy to deal with. I got 95% on an owner/occupier and I believe they do investment loans too.

I am not living/working in HKG, in this case Bank of China is unable to provide me the mortage. Moreover, I am a resident of HKG. Let me know if you know anyone who can provide.. tks
