Moving to the area and would like to know if anyone knows of any places available in the area, needs to be about 2000sq ft and about 25K?
Have tried the local est agt by the garage who seems to have no interest at all in helping, so any other help would be gratefully appreciated.

Is there a reason why you want to live at the Gold Coast? A guy I work with is moving in April from the villas to the right as you drive in to the hotel and I think it is quite big. PM me your contact details if you want to know more.

If you go into the marina area, opposite the garage I think, the leasing department is in there and they'll be interested in helping you. But I believe the prices have gone up quite a lot recently so 25K for 2,000 ft might be unrealistic.
