Recently had my appartment totally refurbished with new wooden tiled floors, new electrics, windows etc.
Used a local contractor, speaks passable english. I'm pretty satisfied with the results and the cost was reasonable.
I got a few quotations from a number of contractors before, but ended up choosing Jeffrey as he didn't seem to be ripping me off.

Can anyone recommend a reasonable contractor in the Sai Kung / Clearwater Bay area that is able to understand english. I am looking at doing a large rennovation job and need to find someone reliable and reasonable.
