Hi, is anyone able to recommend to me a serviced appartment agency/building in the central or sheung wan area please? I need a 1-bed / Studio for 3 months and am willing to go up to HKD 18k. Thanks in advance

I am staying in Studio 9 in Causeway Bay since 2 Jan until end of Jan. It's opposite Times Square (3 MTR stops from Central). The flat is not too big for my standards (I am quite a big man), but the room is sent very functional - everything at hand, even fridge and safe box, TV with DVD and broadband Internet. They just launched it and it's brand new. I don't remember the website address, but you can try google: "9studios hong kong"
Affordable, quiet and lots of shops and restaurants just downstairs - I like it

I have just been doing a study of serviced apartments. Under $20,000 you could try Ice House (in central by the FCC) www.icehouse.com.hk, or the Belgravia at 3 MAcDonnell Rd, no web site, 2525 6705, or The Bauhinia near Wing On
