What type of rental properties are in highest demand in HK? I'm particularly interested in if there is a particular price point in demand.

Thanks Patrick! I was thinking somewhere close to the escalators, mid-levels, So-ho or even Causeway Bay would be most in demand. Any of those locations more sought after than others?
