Repatriation concern

I’ve decided to relocate and move back to my country. I’ve tendered my resignation and upon discussing with HR my last day at work and my relocation procedure and expectations, I was basically I am responsible for my relocation since I didn’t complete the two years of the agreement. However on the agreement/contract it is stated as “Subject to company policy, provided Your services have not been terminated for cause, the company will be responsible for your repatriation by economy class or transfer from Hong Kong to X for you provided it is your bona fide intention to leave your place of employment within one month of termination. Should you take up employment in Hong Kong or in locations other than X the company will not be responsible for the repatriation expenses “

I personally understand basically that as long as I don’t get fired for cause, The company will have the responsibility of my repatriation if I leave within a month of TERMINATION. Termination used as termination of the discontinuation of the contract or the working relation.

Can anyone guide me into where can I get assessment? Any advice?

Thank you!
