Hi need some advice i have a friend she's waiting for her ticket going to Dubai,the problem is she's 10days overstay already and just now that they send her ticket and her departure date is on the 10th of december,,can anyone give advice for her because she's afraid to go to immigration she's afraid that they will bring her in jail.
pls help what must she do,if she will just go to the airport on the day of her travel and report to airport immigration?

If she goes straight to the airport to fly out of Hong Kong, she will be detained by immigration officers (in the airport). She better follow the advise above (bring her ticket) and see what the officers will do. Hopefully she will be allowed to leave by her flight date.
