Chinese Visa

Hello everyone,

I was hoping someone could give me some advice about this. I'm currently in HK and am awaiting my working visa to be approved. In the meantime I'm just looking around the city and have entered on a 180 day visitor permit- I'm a british citizen.

I would like to go and visit Beijing next week and I'm wondering if I leave HK then will I need to get another stamp on my passport when I return or will I still be covered by the initial 180 day entry stamp that I got a few weeks back? I'm just slightly concerned that I might have problems when returning..

Thanks in advance for anyone who can answer my query.

As you're only on a visitors visa, you're free to come and go as you please. When you return, you'll get another 180 days on you passport.
