There are many headhunting and recruitment companies in HK. Korn/Ferry, Heidrick, Russell Reynolds, Spencer Stuart are some of the top global ones however there are hundreds of recruitment firms. Headhunters are generally industry focused and work with experienced professionals. If you are a fresh grad, depending on the field you are interested in most employers these days hire management trainees and have a career link on there website which will guide you thru there mgt training program. Although the employment market has drastically changed in the last 12 months, companies are still hiring selectively and a right job hunting strategy along with perseverence and patience would lend you a job. Agree with jardine... head hunters are a waste of time. most compagnies have graduate recruitment programs on their websites. it is best to go directly to them.
