I am planning to resign from my company but I just handed in a big medical bill to the company's insurer. Providing I will work the full course of 1 month notice period, am I entitled to get the money back for insurance?
fyi the incident was not work related although I believe I should be covered anyway, pls correct me if I am wrong..

the insurance company cannot refuse the claim since you're still an employee at the time of the processing of the claim.
