Working Visa - 2 Masters' degree - no Bachelor's degree - will Immigration Approve?

I am a China Mainlander, I recently received an offer from a Big company here in hongkong, and i need to apply for a working visa, I check the immi department website, I well-fit most of the criteria except one: of having a "first degree" in relevent field.

HK Immi website say:

"the applicant has a good education background, normally a first degree in the relevant field, but in special circumstances, good technical qualifications, proven professional abilities and/or relevant experience and achievements supported by documentary evidence may also be accepted; "

Actually, I have two (2) US master's degree in relevant fields, but i only have a undergraduate's diploma (4 years' study), do you think this will be a potential reject reason for the immi department?

In china mainland, normally we will receive two certificates when finish the course, one is the degree paper, the other is the undergraduate diploma paper (which also shows i have finished the course succesully), The reason i only have an undergraduate's diploma is I broke the university rule in my first year, so that i cannot get the degree paper.

Do you think my two masters' degree will suffice the critiria on the website?

Thanks.

why not apply and find out ?

or better mail them and ask, they wont give you a direct yes or no reply but will point you toward the specific rules.

Hi Syed_Scorpio,

Thanks for you reply, I already emailed them, like you said, they didn't say yes or not, they just told me to apply, and they will handle each case individually.
