ITS ME AGAIN! MS. CARA MENTIONED THAT I SHOULD SECURE A HKID. MAY ASK AT WHAT WEBSITE OR HK GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENT COULD I GET A CONCISE AND DETAILED BENEFITS AND ADVANTAGES OF A HKID HOLDER OF HK.

- faster border crossing in separate lines

- chance to get permanent residency in case you live longer than 7 years

- in hk by law you must at all times carry an identification document with you (a HK id with the size of a credit card is much easier than carrying the passport - although nobody might carry their passport around even if they should)

- get a regular mobile phone contract (not possible with passport only) ; also internet broadband contracts are difficult on passports
