Jobs in PR

My husband has the opportunity to move to HK with his work and we're considering going for 18 months.


I have 6 years experience in PR in the publishing industry, and would like to work too. Could anyone let me know:


- Will I be eligible to work? (do jobs have to be offered to nationals first? Do I need a company to sponsor me etc?)

- What are my chances of getting a job in PR, considering I don't speak Mandarin or Cantonese, and don't have contacts in the local media?

- What is the job situation like out there at the moment in the PR industry? Are there many jobs available?


Any advice would be greatly appreciated, including the names of recruitment consultants or websites I should be monitoring...
