If you change job how long do you have to find another job without losing the 3 years already accumulated? Someone said 3 months to find another job even if your visa expires in a years time. Your just not allowed to work.

you can stay as long as your visa is valid and find another job within that time,
thats all.
if you have 1 year remaining on visa then you can stay and find another job during that 1 year period, but ask you already know you are not permitted to work till your new visa is approved.

It may not work out quite according to SCORPIO01's model if your employer cancels your permit with the immigration department. The beststrategy is to secure newemployment before terminating your existing contract.

Visas are not cancelled, they expire, andafaik visas are not revoked unless there is compelling reason to do so,
