**A beach is right downstairs. 5-minute walk to the pier, Wellcome supermarket, HSBC, post office, local shops, and restaurants (everything is close on Peng Chau). There are other beautiful beaches and natural landscapes, all accessible on foot. Wonderful for hikers and nature-lovers!
**A 30-35 minute ferry from Central. An 8-minute ferry from Discovery Bay & a 20-minute ferry from Mui Wo, South Lantau. Particularly suitable for those working at these locations or Central Western districts.
**The Space
This 350 sf. studio flat is smartly designed as a versatile, stylish space for flexible use. It has an open kitchenette, electric cooking hobs and fridge/freezer. The double bed can be raised, giving you extra space during the day or when you have guests. The large table is perfect for creative work or for cooking/sharing a meal with several guests. At night, the table could be popped up, and there you could enjoy a bath in the bathtub while listening to the calming sea waves. There is also a separate shower room and a separate toilet. The French windows to the balcony could be closed or open; either way, you will enjoy the sea view day and night. The balcony is 50 sf. where you could enjoy a cup of coffee in the sunshine or dry your clothes conveniently.
**Important things to note
The tenant must be clean and considerate and will take good care of this property. This flat is definitely NOT A PARTY HOUSE as Pengchau neighbours all cherish the chill and quiet ambience of this island - I am sure you’ll do if you are the right tenant!
