* facilities available as shown on pictures... perfect to whom with least / less belongining,... pots, washing machines, cooking gears,.. oven, microwave...etc...
* this is NOT HOTEL nor service apartment, and private estate; not using for people obtain whatever - additional credits or unforeseeable finance supports ( <-- scams, frauds); or use my idenitify to fake for whatever (sense)
* If you're JUST A VISITOR, make sure you're going to be employed or pls show you'll be employed working in HK & IT IS NOT PRFERABLE FOR "SHORT" STAYING or "TEMPOARILY STAYING"; certainly, my bedroom is not for your accessing.. You have yours to lock in your room. thanks!
