**** too many junk calls, or promotional offers like free trial, free giving...etc. SCAMS or FRAUDS came to inspect or stole stuff faking be whosoever are all BANNED, WHETHER you are governmental funded, representative of whichsoever or not, or any sort of youth funded programs that annoying is something NO ONE WISHING / NOT WELCOMMING - HENCE, whichever sector you're, enjoy your staying is the key & I'm NOT your nurse, nor parent - with flatshare experience & MUST have job on duty currently (income prove) that is secure for both side that you are legally function & work here, but not temporary basic nor for your steping stones. And, rental $ is not refundable after rental contract signed --- fairly basic term; and this is NOT scams nor fishing frauds***
