WHEREVER you are from, selfcare ... not a place providing gradient services, but would give help in certain extend. KIDS are not quite likely suitable. THIS area is fairly economy to stay that all depends how's your budget, but facilities in house is fairly to live comfortably. Any former tenants or any premise's business / affairs, or any property agents' strangely approaches are NOT something to care here.
**** too many junk calls, or promotional offers like free trial, free giving...etc. SCAMS or FRAUDS came to inspect or stole stuff faking be whosoever are all BANNED, WHETHER you are governmental funded, representative of whichsoever or not, or any sort of youth funded programs that annoying is something NO ONE WISHING / WELCOMMING FOR - HENCE, whichever sector you're, enjoy and happy staying is the key; *****
