My property shares two private rooms: an 80 sq ft seaview single bedroom and a 45 sq ft partitioned bedroom. Each room accommodates a maximum of one guest, ensuring a cozy and comfortable stay. Guests will have shared access to a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, adding to the convenience of your stay.

Conveniently located, you'll find a variety of supermarkets, traditional markets, and shops nearby. The Hung Hom MTR station is just a 10-15 minute walk away, while the Hung Hom Pier is only 5 minutes on foot. Plus, PolyU is right next door.

As the landlord and housekeeper, I personally manage the property. I also work as an office professional on weekdays. Please note that we are not agents and do not conduct site inspections. Instead, we provide detailed descriptions and will discuss all specifics with you in advance.
