Located in one of the city’s most loved tourist spots and local retreats, Gordon Ramsay’s world-renowned restaurant presents a uniquely British dining experience in a casual, welcoming environment, and is quickly set to become Hong Kong’s hotspot for global travellers and local visitors looking to dine at the top of the town.
 
Ramsay’s ascent to The Peak, in collaboration with Dining Concepts, introduces a whole new dimension to destination dining. With a large open space and urban English feel, Bread Street Kitchen & Bar is led by Head Chef Gareth Pack ham and serves a selection of unpretentiously simple, yet meticulously prepared British favourites with European influences, designed for sharing with family and friends.
 
 
The menu features signature and new additions including flatbreads, the perfect option for friends or couples looking to share a light lunch. Favourites include the vegetarian friendly Pesto and Spinach Flatbread topped with a cheesy mix of parmesan, mozzarella and feta, and for meat lovers there’s the Guanciale Flatbread, coated with a mix of sautéed onion, taleggio cheese and pesto.
 
Headlining the starters is the Sesame Seared Yellow fish Tuna, served with avocado and sweet onion dressing, and the deliciously seasoned Smoked Steak Tartare, paired with crispy home-made tacos.
 
 
On the mains, guests can indulge in traditional British favourites and Bread Street Kitchen & Bar signatures such as the homely Fish & Chips, served with marrow fat peas and curry sauce, and the classic British dish, Shepherd’s Pie.
 
Newly introduced to the menu is the Fried Buffalo Chicken Burger, served with a side of Frank’s hot sauce, blue cheese sauce and fluffy hand-cut fries. Diners can also choose from a selection of British, Australian, Argentinian, and New Zealand butcher steak cuts which have been skilfully prepared and cooked to perfection over a charcoal-fired Josper grill.
 
Desserts include a smooth and decadent Chocolate Fondant served with a side of home-made mint chocolate chip ice-cream, and the delicious Apple Pie served in traditional fashion with aside of warm custard. Avid morning hikers can enjoy the restaurant’s Breakfast menu, available every day from 8am to10:30am.
 
 
Choices range from a selection of hearty options such as The Full English Breakfast with all the trimmings, Smashed Avocado served with tomato chutney and poached eggs on sourdough bread, and a decadent stack of delicious Pancakes served with a side of berry compote and vanilla cream.
 
Lighter options are also available such as the Vanilla Yogurt topped with toasted granola and berries. A wide range of cocktails and an extensive wine and beer list are available for diners to enjoy by the bar or on the terrace overlooking views from The Peak.
 
Signature cocktails include the sweet and refreshing Lady Regent, a fruity mix of gin, Rinquinquin Peach Aperitif, elderflower cordial and lemon juice with a sprinkle of fresh mint leaves, and Blushing Lady, featuring vodka, Cointreau, lime juice, almond syrup, strawberry cordial and pineapple and the fruity mocktail Felix Felicis, amix of mango juice, strawberry purée and syrup, lemon juice and a splash of ginger ale.
