If you are eligible to build in New Zealand, we will meet you via video conference, find out what type of location suits you best in Queenstown Lakes region and get our real estate partners to find a perfect section that suits your needs.
Once you have secured a section, we will take you through the obligation free design process. We find out exactly what home you wish to build, your must haves and budget.

Within 3 weeks we will design a custom plan and provide you an estimate to build. We have an unlimited amount of changes to your custom plan. Once we have your floor plan right, we will send it out to formal pricing and provide a FIXED PRICE CONTRACT. All that is left for you to do is work with our interior designer to choose your colours, fittings and finishes and then wait until we hand over the keys of your beautiful new home in New Zealand.
