The newly installed glass curtain wall incorporates BIPV technology, transforming the building’s exterior into an energy-generating surface connected to the power grid. This solution combines aesthetics with carbon reduction benefits, overcoming the limitations of traditional solar panels that require rooftop or open land installations. Particularly relevant in high-density urban environments, the system generates approximately 24,000 kWh of electricity annually, reducing carbon emissions by over 16 tons per year.
