Title : Assistant Marketing Manager

Responsibilities include:

Strategy & Planning
Develop marketing plan and strategy for supplier brands and Bloom & Grow in Hong Kong within budget.
Identify marketing and promotional opportunities in both B2C and B2B channels
Maintain marketing calendar for planning and tracking purposes.
Manage marketing budget for Hong Kong
B2B Marketing: Liaise with the sales team to promote brands and new launches to new and existing retailers
EDM campaigns via Klaviyo
Webinars
Presentations
Bloom Connect HK - work with BC e-commerce manager and E-commerce team.
Manage and grow Bloom & Grow social media channels in Hong Kong / Taiwan.
B2C Marketing:
(1) drive customers to our retailers
Work with sales team to increase sales in retailers via in-store branding, window displays, retailer events, online PR and social media collaborations etc, or any marketing requests from retailers such as POS, leaflets etc.
(2) drive customers to our own e-commerce channel (Baby Central HK)
Work with Baby Central HK e-commerce manager to increase sales with online PR and social media collaborations.
Liaise with media and KOLs for product seeding and relevant B2C coverage of our products ranges and launches, and drive customers to Baby Central HK (direct B2C channel)
(3) manage social media brand channels (e.g. @skiphophk, @ergobabyhk)
Grow brand channels to raise brand and product awareness via social media.
Use brand channels to drive customers to Baby Central as key stockiest of our brands.
Promote retailers as stockists for these brands.
Partner with similar brands for collaborations on social media to promote our brands to new audiences
Events & Expos
Coordinate and manage events for Bloom & Grow in Hong Kong including consumer expos, retailer events, blogger and press events.
Miscellaneous
Support with translation of content / copy into traditional Chinese with translation agency.
Liaise closely with marketing team across SE Asia and Australia to share ideas and campaigns.
Liaise closely with the graphics team.
Requirements:
Must be fluent in English and Cantonese. Mandarin also preferred.
Diploma or equivalent with formal training in Marketing or related discipline.
A minimum of three years of working experience in Marketing, and experience in nursery industry is helpful.
Social Media experience for business is essential (Facebook and Instagram), any additional digital marketing experience is preferred.
Experience in merchandising and retail marketing is preferred.
Experience working with vendors, suppliers and agencies is preferred.
