Junior Sous Chef/Sous Chef

Assisting the Head Chef to run the Kitchen at one of Hong Kong's oldest neighbourhood pubs in Midlevels, Central.
Overseeing our International family friendly menu and weekend brunch.
-Must be willing to work alone and in a team with a high degree of self motivation to produce quality dishes
-Team players with good English language skills required
-Must have experience with western and international cuisine working across salad, grill, desserts and brunch
The position offers CDP's and experienced juniors the opportunity to grow their skills in cuisine, and all round administration and management of a professional kitchen.

Salary 17-21K PCM depending on experience
