We are looking for a professional Operations Manager to handle and oversee our centre’s operations. The candidate will be in charge of the day-to-day running of the centre, implement methods to increase growth, and manage other staff members to ensure the centre's smooth operation.

The duties of an Operations Manager include formulating strategy, improving performance, finding ways to increase quality of customer service and implement best practices. The ideal candidate should be competent in prioritizing their work, and working independently. They should be self-motivated and trustworthy.


*Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way

*Promote the company’s products, services and workshops.

*Handle promotional and marketing activities

*Answer Email, whatsapp and call Inquiries

*Manage the other team members to ensure things are running smoothly

*Monitor and coordinate with tech support and graphic designer to ensure website and promotional materials are presented and updated appropriately.

*Manage the physical Notice Board in the centre (Every Monday)

*Liaise with practitioners about workshops and events

*Formulate strategic and operational objectives

*Increasing the loyalty of current customers while attracting new ones.

*Working with the founder to develop new markets and improve sales.


*Post graduate diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.

*Experience in operations or marketing.

*Strong interpersonal communication skills.

*Ability to manage multiple projects and multi-task.

*Excellent organizational skills.

*Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

*Proficient in MS Office,Google doc, Google sheet, and Canva

*Familiar with social media marketing

*High standard of customer service

*Proficiency in English

*Time management and planning skills
