Overview We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Manager to lead the development, enhancement, and management of products under the SME Financing Guarantee Scheme (SFGS) and broader commercial lending portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in product strategy, planning, and execution, with a deep understanding of SME banking needs and regulatory frameworks in Hong Kong.
Your New Role: - Develop and execute product strategies for SFGS and commercial lending products to drive business growth and meet customer needs.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to identify product opportunities and enhancements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align product plans with overall business objectives.
What you'll need to succeed: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management within commercial banking, preferably with exposure to SME lending and SFGS.
- Strong knowledge of Hong Kong's banking regulations, SME market dynamics, and credit products.
- Proven ability to develop and execute product strategies and manage cross-functional projects.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage.
